Maelzer Brewery in Lueneburg

In the heart of the Lueneburg Heath (Lueneburger Heide) we visited a micro brewery. The place Maelzer is a restaurant and the guests are in the same room where the beer is brewed (these two huge cauldrons in the back). The poster on the top right hand side reads: "Wer Bier trinkt, unterstützt die Landwirtschaft" in English (freely translated): "Support your farmer. Drink more beer!".

And yes, in December Germany is full of Chrismas decoration (the moon, the stars etc). Actually this starts already in November....
